1. Acceptance
By creating an account, publishing a profile or listing, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Liability Waiver. We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date, and your account.
2. Operator
My Equine Build LLC operates this website. Your contract is only with My Equine Build LLC.
3. The service
My Equine Build is a directory where construction and equine facility professionals (for example builders, barn builders, fence contractors, and other trades) publish profiles and listings, and where users find and contact them. My Equine Build does not perform, supervise, or control any construction or other work, does not employ or direct any professional, and is not a party to any agreement between a professional and a user.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at myequinebuild@hotmail.com about any unauthorised use.
6. Profiles and listings
Professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, descriptions, prices, availability, and any statement about their experience, trade, or training.
7. No verification
Unless the website clearly states otherwise, My Equine Build does not verify identity, qualifications, certifications, trade or building licences, permits, insurance, references, background, or the quality or safety of any work. Users must check licences, permits, insurance, and references themselves before hiring anyone. Each professional is solely responsible for holding any licence, permit, certification, or insurance that their work requires.
8. Subscriptions and prices
A professional profile or listing requires a subscription. Standard: $19.99 per month, billed $59.97 every 3 months. Premium: $29.99 per month, billed $89.97 every 3 months. All prices are in US dollars.
9. Automatic renewal
Each subscription renews automatically every 3 months at the same price until you cancel. The price, the billing period, and the renewal date are shown before you pay, and you must confirm them. A confirmation email is sent after each purchase and each renewal.
10. How to cancel
Sign in, go to Subscription, and select Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid. Your profile or listing stays visible until then. Refunds for the current period are not provided, except where Florida law requires them.
11. Failed payment
If a renewal payment is declined, the profile or listing is removed until payment succeeds.
12. Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove a profile, listing, or account that breaks these Terms, is fraudulent, unsafe, or illegal, or when the law requires it.
13. Disputes and arbitration
Any dispute between My Equine Build LLC and a user, or between users concerning this website, will be resolved by individual, binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration takes place in Florida, in English, before one neutral arbitrator. Each party pays its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Claims within the jurisdiction of the Florida small claims court may be brought there instead. Either party may seek urgent interim relief from a court. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to myequinebuild@hotmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase or account creation.
14. Class action waiver
To the fullest extent the law allows, you waive any right to take part in a class action, collective action, or representative action against My Equine Build LLC. Each dispute is resolved individually.
15. Content licence
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant My Equine Build LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and reproduce that content as needed to operate the service.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, My Equine Build LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from agreements between professionals and users, or from the quality, safety, or legality of any construction or other work described in a profile.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Equine Build LLC, its officers, members, and staff from claims arising from your use of the website, your profile or listings, or your agreements with other users.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes before they take effect.
20. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
